Message	otherwise known as a (4-1-9) scheme -- its very common and it just sounds like their branching out into specialty cars us secret service is VERY aware of these fraudlent schemes but since they originate in countries outside of the united states there is no jurisdiction nor any method of recourse for victims [ http://www.secretservice.gov/alert419.shtml ]
